When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name and email address. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We also measure how the site is used — which pages are read and how far — with the analytics tools listed under Cookies below.

We use your data for three things: fulfilling your order, delivering your template links by email, and improving the site. That's it — we don't use your data for anything you wouldn't expect.

We share order data with Stripe so payments can be processed. Usage data goes to the analytics services listed under Cookies and analytics, one of which runs on our own server. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we run no advertising pixels.

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Beyond that, you can request deletion of anything we hold about you at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@aikits.org. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Essential cookies — the ones that keep your cart and session working — are always on, because the shop can't function without them. For analytics we use:

• Self-hosted analytics without cookies — page and event counts, for every visitor.
• A web analytics service with click maps and session recordings — it sets its own cookies and runs for every visitor, except on the checkout and order pages.
• An analytics service in consent mode — no cookies and only anonymous pings until you accept (Accept all, or the Analytics switch in Cookie settings), analytics cookies after that. The Marketing switch lets it measure which ads or referrals brought you here. Not loaded on the checkout and order pages.
