Notion budget templates
A Notion budget template is for people who want to see their money without connecting a bank or learning a finance app. You log income and expenses, set a monthly budget per category, and Notion keeps spent and remaining up to date.
The Budget Tracker for Notion is built exactly like that: categories, transactions, a budget-versus-spent view and a remaining formula, with demo data so you can see it working before you enter your own numbers. It runs on the free Notion plan and suits personal and household budgets. It is on the workbench now and goes on sale soon.

Questions
Does the budget template work on the free Notion plan?
Yes. It uses ordinary databases, relations and formulas, which are all available on the free plan.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You add transactions yourself or paste them from a bank export. That is slower than an app, but nothing leaves your Notion workspace.
Can two people share one budget?
Yes. Duplicate the template into a shared workspace or share the page with your partner, and you both log expenses into the same tables.
When will the Budget Tracker be available?
